What is a BACnet points list?
A BACnet points list is an inventory of every object a BACnet device exposes: object type, instance number, name, present value and units.

Before you connect

Put the phone on the same subnet as the controllers. BACnet discovery relies on broadcast, and broadcast traffic does not cross a router without a BBMD — so a phone on guest Wi‑Fi or a separate VLAN will not see the equipment.
Discovery runs on UDP 47808, the standard BACnet/IP port. Some sites assign 47809 and above; the app checks the common range automatically.
Reading is safe. Writing carries real weight. A commanded point holds the value you write until it is released. If you intend to command anything on a live system, read how BACnet priority works first.
