WaterFurnace Envision Water-to-Air Heat Pump, 1-6 Ton BACnet points list

Updated 28 October 2026

Short answer

BACnet variables for WaterFurnace Envision 1-6 ton water-to-air heat pumps. The BAS can command occupancy and let the controller hold its occupied/unoccupied setpoints, or send G, Y1, Y2 and O calls directly. Unit statuses are binary inputs in this version, and ECM fan speeds, passive dehumidification, sensor type and fan cycling are set through writable values.

This page lists 55 BACnet objects for the WaterFurnace Envision Water-to-Air Heat Pump, 1-6 Ton — 33 of them writable — with each object’s type, instance number, name, engineering units and access. It is re-typed from WaterFurnace’s own free documentation, linked below.

BMS integration notes: WaterFurnace Envision Water-to-Air Heat Pump, 1-6 Ton

Integration in brief

The BAS can run this heat pump in two ways: command occupancy (MO1) and let the controller hold its occupied/unoccupied setpoints, or act as the thermostat and send fan, Y1, Y2 and O calls directly (MO2-MO5). Space temperature can be overridden from the network on AO4, and MO6 forces an emergency shutdown.

Minimum points to map

The short list most integrators start with — enough to run the unit from a BMS. Map more as the job needs.

Enable & remote start

The sheet has no separate BAS-enable point. MO6 Emergency Overide puts the unit in shutdown (5) or back to normal (1). MO2-MO5 let the BAS send fan, compressor and reversing-valve calls directly.

Sensors & values from the BMS

AO4 Space temp Ovrd sends the space temperature from the network and supersedes the wired sensor. It is volatile and reverts to uncommanded after a power outage.

Integration notes

Check it against the live device. A points list tells you what the controller can expose; the unit in front of you may differ by firmware or installed options. Easy BACnet scans a network for BACnet IP devices from an Android phone, reads every object on the Envision Water-to-Air Heat Pump, 1-6 Ton and exports what it actually has to Excel — free.
